Week 2

Ok so this is week 2 of my update which I mainly focused on my traps, shoulders, triceps(which I forgot to take pics of), and back.

I also weigh 147 lbs now. I think its because I pretty much worked out everyday Mon-Fri sometimes twice a day, and I think I skipped a few meals in the process.

But this week I'll be focusing on my lower back, legs, and abs.

Abs& Arms

Ok guys so a year ago I weighed approx 137 lbs. I now weigh 151 lbs and I am 5' 10"

I didn't get serious about working about till around last May but had to take whole month of June off due to a family trip to Laos and Thailand. and thesse are my results so far.

Btw sorry my picture taking sucks, hence no back and shoulder pics, which I feel like is my forte.

Due to boxing I used to focus mainly on abs,lower back, but now getting more into chest and triceps and biceps and shoulders

Like I said taking pictures of my back and shoulders were hard and frustrating so until next time fellow bloggers.  and of course I am always open to constructive criticism or any tips

Finally started blog

I finally got around to creating this Blog.  I've been meaning to because of Hanhchampion, but just been too busy working out ;) lol.  I'm kidding I been busy with school, work, and working out when I can.

I'm actually a big fan of hanh and have been following him for awhile, and I'm low on supplements and heard he was handing them out, so more motivation to start this blog.
