Week 2

Ok so this is week 2 of my update which I mainly focused on my traps, shoulders, triceps(which I forgot to take pics of), and back.

I also weigh 147 lbs now. I think its because I pretty much worked out everyday Mon-Fri sometimes twice a day, and I think I skipped a few meals in the process.

Well if you don't like my face, at least my girlfriend does.  Which she should be making an appearance soon on my blog.  Yes I fucked up and forgot to take pics of my triceps.

But this week I'll be focusing on my lower back, legs, and abs.
